Clearly I am confused about what earns you the horse then. I was under the impression it was x amount of sats daily going from SN to an attached wallet. I got 10k sats rewards deposited at 12am CT and I assumed that would automatically maintain my horse or at least return it to me if it was lost. But alas I am horseless. Not that it is a big deal but I really like having this to hold over @Undisciplined

I didn't get the horse when I boosted. I got the horse when @Undisciplined made the podcast post and forwarded sats to me and it got zapped 10k sats. I boosted the next day.

It's a combination of road running, treadmill, elliptical, and free weights. Today will be 5mi running with some strides. Yesterday was the latter three for 1.5 hours. Will run 8-10 mi once a week. One day of rest. I'm hoping to get used to 2 hours a day, mostly at low pace/heart rate. Might try some swimming.

Excellent! I had a running coach for a few years so learned a lot about ramping up and cross training to avoid injury. I'm trying not to add over 10% more each week. A spreadsheet or training app helps schedule so each day I know what I'm doing. Good luck!

This week I can say that it has been partly productive. I have learned a lot by reading @Darth Coin's guides, now everything is more organized on Github. I have understood a little more about praxology and I have investigated the Austrian school of economics, these topics still break my head, but I will not stop trying to learn and understand.

I have seen some of the presentations of friends of the community at the recently finished Watch Out Bitcoin in Spain. The issue of state regulations in their desperate race to violate privacy is coming hard, Europe has tremendous harassment.

I have helped others, although with a lot of patience, but at least I have tried. I cannot deny that even my bones have boiled, not just my blood, to see so many stupid people falling into the game of the so-called "influencers" always selling smoke and trying to take away people's SATs, the worst thing is not that they try, the worst thing is that many times THEY SUCCEED.

But above all I have made an effort to contribute and participate in Stacker News every day. It is still very good to be here, changes are coming, we will see how we get on with them, but we will keep moving forward.

I have only had one big concern and I don't know if other stackers have the same problem.

I THINK I AM SUFFERING FROM AN ADDICTION OR MANIA, " STACKER NEWS MANIA ", it is not described in medical books, but I cannot stop being on the platform and I am having a hard time talking to other humans who do not have the vision of the stackers.

But I think it is not so serious. OR IS IT? But well, it has been a good week.
