My body. Going for a hour plus per day average exercise along with calorie restriction to get to my ideal body weight within a couple months.

Was also a way from bitcoiny things for a while so getting reconnected and looking for project opportunities.

How does your routine look like. Which exercises are you alternating between the days.

It's a combination of road running, treadmill, elliptical, and free weights. Today will be 5mi running with some strides. Yesterday was the latter three for 1.5 hours. Will run 8-10 mi once a week. One day of rest. I'm hoping to get used to 2 hours a day, mostly at low pace/heart rate. Might try some swimming.

Excellent! I had a running coach for a few years so learned a lot about ramping up and cross training to avoid injury. I'm trying not to add over 10% more each week. A spreadsheet or training app helps schedule so each day I know what I'm doing. Good luck!
