Basically never in human history have normal people bought houses for 20% of their net worth. Not in the middle ages, not in victorian times, not in the 1920s, not after ww2, not your parents, not your grandparents. Not with gold, not with silver backed currency, not pre 1974, not post 1974.
Even if you are the most optimistic person on earth about a better monetary system. This scale has no reason to go from 2% to 20%. Be realistic. Start at 80%, end with 100%.
