Putin is begging China to complete the second main pipeline from Russia to China- China is taking its time knowing that Russia is now its dependent tribute state. With Ukraine closing off the pipeline into Europe China will now enjoy even lower priced Gas and oil form an increasingly desperate and dependent Putin.
