I, personally, like to have the thing in my hand, to touch, to feel, and to examine closely and buy or borrow it if I want to. This may be the reason why I try to avoid buying on line, if at all possible. Also, for some reason, I have despised Amazon since they were simple booksellers.

Yep, and another thing is you can take them and watch them over and over a few times before returning it. It is always fun to look at the cover of the DVD case. In fact, just looking at the cover has made me decide to borrow quite a few movies from the library. Back in the day, Blockbuster Movies had a huge, beautiful display of DVD and video covers to look at, divided by category! Yep, those were the days!
