Self-knowledge, the famous relationship with the self, is good, but too much analysis and self-analysis confuses and torments you. You can't control everything inside and outside of you. Life has the last word. So relax!

Hmmm, comparing yourself to others and looking at what you don't have is the key to unhappiness.
Flip the opposites for the key to happiness, focusing on self improvement in yourself and focusing on gratitude in what you have!

Great insight.
I believe happiness and unhappiness are created in the mind. Only with judgment will one see things as good or bad. I think humans tend to attach their idea of happiness to experiences that they label as good or bad.

Too much free time is indeed something that correlates to unhappiness. But I wonder which is cause and which is effect.
