THE biggest, by far, are compliance and regulation. We dont want anything to do with that, and because we dont have a fiat bank account, anyone can list and anyone can book through us without your local rent seeker stopping you.

Exactly that. The regulations and bullshit laws are only for fiat, not for Bitcoin. But once you touch fiat, they will eat you alive.
