This could and should be an entirely separate circular economy where Bitcoin flows round and round and NO fiat or rent seekers are present.

Do you think the landlords from AirBTC are also paying for employees, cleaning, maintenance etc in BTC ? That will be an interesting circular economy in making.

I don't think the majority are. Their income from Airbtc would still be minimal compared to regular rentals. But every bit helps. Eventually, they all will pay everyone in btc.
