I think you guys are just overly pessimistic because your Jets laid a big egg yesterday.
It's all part of a giant ball of anger, disappointment and hopelessness.

My first job as a lawyer I told my boss I was going to a Mets game. He said "Why?" I said "They're my team. I root for them." He said to me "Those overpaid children playing a game don't care about you. Are they offering to pay your rent?" I think about that whenever the Mets are losing a big game.

I've zapped @ek for you.

I ain't zapping you either. The chain lengthens

Haha. I had something similar last year when the 49ers were playing the Packers in the playoffs. I forget who it was but I said "sorry can't zap this". Haha.

If the Mets come back to win, the three of you each get zapped 1000 sats. Root hard! (I don't think I'll be paying off)

You just made a Mets fan out of me. I cannot turn down some sweet sats.
What an inning.

No chickens will be counted before they break through that shell.

This game is great for someone without a rooting interest. Probably not so much for fans of either team.

Absolutely stunned that we did it.

Me too. I was absolutely certain Mets would be swept.
What happened? I see strings of 1000 sats being zapped here and suddenly congratulations?

Their team made it into the MLB playoffs. A bit of a wild game.
