Once upon a time, I owned a pet store and helped raise dogs. Usually when this happens, it means something in the food isn't agreeing with their digestive system, but they need the nutrients and so they eat it again to try to make sure they are getting whatever it is they instinctively lack. I would suspect grain to be the culprit. Perhaps corn?
That makes sense. We have been supplementing her food with better stuff like eggs, goat milk, chicken broth but maybe we should cut the dog food out all together. We buy mid grade food that surely has a lot grain in it.

Yeah, I'd try that first. If it still happens, the food may be too rich for her. Some breeders raise dogs on food that is not very nutrient dense, and then they get used to eating it, and when they get better stuff it upsets their systems.

It's too much for a 2 months old.

Not all at once. That is just different things we have tried. Always along with dog food. And her mom is here. So she fed from her mom as long as she needed to. She is actually more like 3 months but this has been going on since she was young.

Have you medicated her for worms?
reply
No.

I've read all your comments and that's best I could judge. Do you regularly medicate her mother for worms?
reply
No. Non of our dogs have ever had any medication.

So that's the the reason. It's time you give the mother a shot of ivermectin and let the puppies drink her milk from mother 1 by one.
I think this was it. We have been giving here rice, sweet potatoes and chicken for the last 2 days. Seems to have solved it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yep. That's the "sensitive stomach" diet which eliminates grain. Evidence is that the corn is causing inflammation. You want the omega threes to be in proportion to the sixes in a 3:1 proportion if memory serves. Current reference research suggests 5:1, but I think that's probably being too generous. source: https://www.dogcancer.com/articles/diet-and-lifestyle/omega-3-and-6-for-dogs/
