Hmmm..you might be on to something there. I live out of a tiny camper so I end up being outside most of the time. I don't feel well if I am inside too long. I struggle with cloudy rainy days too. AZ works well for me. 

I used to work exclusively outside (still on a computer but outside). It’s almost like we evolved to be outside :)

I try to in the morning but I’m usually in the office before it’s very bright. I feel much better when I do it.
