I have been thinking about creating a Spanish-speaking territory. I know that there are many people here who speak Spanish and they will surely appreciate it. I also need to save up a little to see if we can pay month by month.
Not sure is worth, the topic has been discussed many times and with many failed intents #581364 #647123
I still in the opinion that it should be the responsibility of SN or the end user to translate the contents in the user/browser preferred language. Currently there's also ~mexico, maybe you have a better idea to make it work and maintain a territory in a different language.

This is an interesting question. How does this work on other similar sites that are larger?

consider the bitTech sites, they automatically translate contents based on user preference or browser default language. I remember linkedin at some stage offered the button [translate comment] or [show original language] buttons, so the translations were happening on demand instead of translating the whole page

That's a great idea. I live on the AZ - Mexico border so almost everyone here speaks Spanish. I really want to learn more.
