I've heard this from a couple people. I checked the mempool before I send and use Phoenix as my lightning wallet which always treats me right 😃
Yeah I use Phoenix too, it estimated the fees to be around 1700 sats, which was pretty close.
Yep, I've received it! The service fees were surprisingly low! 😄
