I have some ashwagandha, and take it from time to time, especially before going to bed. I find it relaxing for the nerves...
When i feel unbalance and meditation and yoga are not enough
I take some rhodiola, ginseng, millepertuis..
and
i take ashwangada 3 times a year during 40 days with at least month space in between.
