Bitcoin will make it nearly impossible for governments to fund science or fix climate change. Whatever collectivist fantasy you have of Chinese engineers in the politburo spending trillions to change the weather, it will never happen. When they start printing the trillions of dollars they claim to need they will destroy what's left of fiat money and then comes hyperbitcoinization.
