It's maybe just a default alert form MUi framework they are using... I detect zero cookies in use

maybe you have some auto-accept cookies by default! Nowadays most of the sites have these warnings! my practice is to avoid cookies at any cost! That's why no alerts were triggered on the browsers am using, either they announce GoogleAnal and reCAPTCHA on their privacy policy https://p2pcoins.io/en/docs/privacy-policy
