France does need Bitcoin! I have concerns about financial censorship as the migrant crisis worsens in the developing world.
Everyone need Bitcoin, most does know they do!
Migrations have been happening since humans had consciousness, it's an integral part of evolution and innovation. The problem isn't the migrants, but indeed the land/people ability to welcome and integrate them.
