The NCAA has really tried to "fix" what it thinks is wrong (even though it still entirely misses the point) with things like NIL but then somehow leaves this easily foreseen future issue unaddressed. It is beyond criminal.

Deadspin used to have "Death to the NCAA" as one of their category tags, and I still fully support that notion.
