We can't be too emphatic with Nostr in 3 years! Looking at current trends it's safe to say that it may only be twice its size now.
I think its way bigger than people think.
Either way, in 3 years, nostr apps are going be ridiculous.
Every mainstream app will have been cloned and improved on.
At this point, I want every app that I have, to have some sort of nostr integration....
Nostr as a protocol is so extensible and embeddable that I think a lot of new use cases will pop up. It will be way more than twice its size.
Even if Nostr gails. It will live in our Bitcoin Lightning resilient hearts. I am currently using more than 6 mobile Nostr clients and and at least 2 of them are very impressive to say the least. Better than all the apps combined. I can safely say that I am ready to leave everything with centralized technology behind and choose Nostr and Stacker News.

It will definitely be alot larger. For it to take over the internet we need to see a situation where many influencers start using it (even exclusively).
Its already taken over most of my internet and I don't see anything stopping it from continuing. If someone wants to use the equivalent of Bank of America, for their social media, online identity and online interactions...be my guest.

I think it will be twice the size, if we do get a massive Bitcoin bull run next year, you know a lot of people are going to find their way there and while 90% + won't stay, there will be a portion that stick around and I am sure it will be atleast twice what's going on there now
