They are trying with the integrated LDK node.
Tap 10 times on the "Lightning" button and the LDK node option will appear.
But is still in early phase, yes.
from my understanding LDK integration feature will be deprecated. Hopefully not!

yeah will be sad if they remove it.
But who knows, maybe they plan to move towards Breez LDK / Greenlight
