Blue Wallet is an excellent wallet. I have been using it since I started my journey in Bitcoin and I am very happy that it is being updated or renewed with new features.
They are trying with the integrated LDK node.
Tap 10 times on the "Lightning" button and the LDK node option will appear.

It hasn't evolved too much on the lightning side unfortunately...

from my understanding LDK integration feature will be deprecated. Hopefully not!
yeah will be sad if they remove it. But who knows, maybe they plan to move towards Breez LDK / Greenlight
But they tried and that's the important thing, don't you think?
They could easily integrate an LSP like Breez or more ways to remote connect...
