What is E2EE? Im not going to be doing illegal things, I just want to talk to some of my favorite stackers. Their wealth of experience and advice would be nice to hear about.

I wanted to chime in and say that E2E encryption is not about illegal things. It’s for everyone, and ideally everywhere.
Everyone has the right to communicate privately, everyone needs E2E encryption of communications to protect them from malicious actors. By the nature of E2E, even if the operator is malicious, the user is protected.
Don’t think of it as enabling illegal activities, but protecting peoples communications from malicious actors of all persuasions.
