Yes, those countries may in fact have white gun violence levels significantly less than the US, assuming minorities are responsible for as high a proportion of gun violence as in the US. Czech Republic and Finland are interesting because their white gun violence level may very well be higher than the US.
Crime stats are asymmetric. Less than one percent of the population is responsible for violent crime
Finland does seem high relative to the other countries including US white
