As the EU continues to reinforce Europe's irrelevance in the world, I have to wonder what it is they think they're doing.
Are they just looking to rule over their isolated fiefdom, as we've seen other authoritarian communist regimes do?
Do they think Europe still has enough global significance to make these sorts of demands and have everyone else cater to them?
