You know you are old when you start describing things that happened 10-15 years ago as a few years ago. 

I guess I'm hitting the age where an entire decade can seem to zip past.

Time flies. It’s amazing when athletes have long Olympic careers and go to 4 or 5 Olympics. It’s not like playing 20 years in the NBA, so much of their pursuit is thankless.
