For me, it's Rubicon. I really liked this show at the time and man I wish it hadn't been dropped. It was so good. Still worth watching.

Flash Forward. It got cancelled after the first season and we never found out what was the cause of the blackout. Wasn't the best show but the premise was interesting and I have always wondered what they would have done in a second season.

It was a victim of its own early success. They marketed the crap out of if before the premiere and it did huge numbers the first couple weeks and then tailed off. Made it look like people weren't interested but I think overall the numbers were decent and warranted a second season but because the drop off was so dramatic from the first couple weeks the network didn't want to risk it.

Stargate Universe. It was two seasons, meaning well below expectations set by previous Stargate series. Aborted due to low ratings but I enjoyed it a lot.
