Closed AI begging to be regulated so they can build a regulatory moat. I remember another unscrupulous Sam that tried to do the same.
What I feel sets them apart is that these companies in the US are well located in the US where as SBF located his outside. The AI for these companies as well is much much much more transparent esp with the data sets because they want people to build upon them thus creating more value in the data sets
