News Of The Week

Welcome to this week’s double issue of the Books And Articles newsletter. Thanks for all of the quality posts. Due to my vacation and outside commitments this week, I decided to post one newsletter covering the last two weeks. I am happy to mention that @cleophas has begun releasing another book in the territory. Check out The Final Preserve, which is now listed in the books section. Chapter 1 also made last week’s Top Posts list. As always, please reply to this post with suggestions and opinions on how to make this territory better.
I hope everyone has a good week.

Top Five Posts Of The Week (Last Week)

The top post of the week will be forwarded 50% of the zaps earned on this week’s newsletter post. Rankings will be determined using the SN zaprank.

What a writer we've got in @cleophas! I'm enjoying his book so much. Also, my mate @BitcoinAbhi stepping up with 'turning point' is fun to read!
Thanks @siggy47 for compiling this every week! (Just not in the last week. We all missed you.)
reply
I'm going to try to not to let that happen again.
reply
Thanks!
But you deserved it I feel. For Vegas, you can take one more week off if you want!
reply
I have learned that when I miss time from work of any kind( I still work part time) it seems that catching up is disproportionately difficult. I'd rather just keep to my schedule. With better planning I could have.
reply
Thanks @siggy47! I really liked the post from @ek about 5 writing platforms. Much deserving for the top post!

@AG has come up with about yoga and because I practice it, it was very intriguing for me. However I see that there are only zaps worst 200 sats and it made to one of top posts for the week. How does it happen?
Congratulations to all winners and top posts!
reply
Remember, zaprank is not just total number of zaps. It could include quality of comments, number of comments, number of zappers, trust level of the zappers, etc. I don't know exactly how it is calculated.
reply
Everything is grey with you lawyers, trying to confuse us proles!

those reading the code, will have more clarity
reply
Yes, as readers of code, can they manipulate it for profits? cc: @k00b
reply
I am still confused by zaprank, but I like it.
reply
Thanks @siggy47! Congratulations to all other top posts! So much learning here!

Earlier this week I found out that cleophas has written 8 books for this series. Incredible.
reply
Curated well, cheers!
reply
That's cool, congrats! It's great to see this list growing! Soon you'll need a separate newsletter for each category!
Maybe some author interested in self-publishing can give me an opinion on this software #614879 and maybe open source alternatives?

Great recap

Had forgotten this was a double week, saw the sat split at the top, and thought this was the first-ever (I think) tie. Still, great posts from both of them.
reply
There never has been a tie. I'm not sure if it's even possible with zaprank.

I missed a week. I'm going to try to avoid that in the future. It gets unwieldy.
