That's up for debate. Definitely would have been Oakland but the A's are leaving Oakland after this season as well. Rogers Centre in Toronto was pretty bad but they spent about 500M renovating it the past couple years and it looks much better.
Angels stadium is getting kind of outdated. It tends to be lower on many of these lists but I still like it.
Maybe Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago where the White Sox play. Or possibly Chase Field in Arizona which is a relatively new park but cavernous and sterile.
If the name factors in, "Guaranteed Rate Field" is atrocious.

Used to be called US Cellular Field which wasn't much better but at least people used to call it "the Cell" when US cellular had the naming rights.

Moreno the owner should have made it his top priority when he bought the team in 2003

Hopefully the Angels sort themselves out. Every year I want to root for them and it just keeps getting worse.
