It looks like the monstrosity that is Tropicana Field, where the Tampa Bay Rays have played since joining MLB in 1998, won’t be the worst stadium in MLB for too many more years.

St. Petersburg city council has approved the Rays plan for a new stadium as part of a larger redevelopment plan for the district.

One more approval from the county and the Rays can build a brand new beautiful stadium that people might actually go to. (Might being the operative word)

Which country had the best stadiums? I've read somewhere that it's Wembley, UK is the best. No stadium from US is in the top 10. What's the reason?

I guess it depends on the sport. US will definitely not have the best football (soccer) stadiums or cricket stadiums but it has the best american football stadiums, baseball stadiums and arenas.

So it will only be used for baseball or will it be multi sports? What I've seen in recent times that stadiums are being built for more than 1 game.

That's up for debate. Definitely would have been Oakland but the A's are leaving Oakland after this season as well. Rogers Centre in Toronto was pretty bad but they spent about 500M renovating it the past couple years and it looks much better.

Angels stadium is getting kind of outdated. It tends to be lower on many of these lists but I still like it.

Maybe Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago where the White Sox play. Or possibly Chase Field in Arizona which is a relatively new park but cavernous and sterile.

Used to be called US Cellular Field which wasn't much better but at least people used to call it "the Cell" when US cellular had the naming rights.

I feel like stadiums are leeches to their state. I wont mention which state, but l dont believe it was better than the previous one, even though it was old. I am curious, which stadiums are the best and worst?
