In the face of declining poll numbers, Trudeau is doubling down on his agenda and trying to add notable WEF puppet Mark Carney to his ranks.
Carney was the former head of the Bank of Canada and Bank of England. He purports to be socially liberal and economically conservative. He is most definitely a climate alarmist and doting acolyte of the WEF worldview.
Carney is considered by some as a potential successor to Trudeau as head of the Liberal Party, so maybe this is Trudeau placating those in his party calling for him to step down as his polling numbers tank.
Regardless the reasoning, it is in no way good for the average Canadian.

We need Pierre Poilievre to be elected in Canada! Or anyone that has a sensible train of thought

Pierre will win.

Why would Carney want to join an obviously sinking ship like the Liberals?
They would need a celebrity at this point, to swoop in to bring the Liberal numbers back up.

Maybe he thinks he can lead the party if Trudeau loses next year.

How much longer does Trudeau have? Unless he gets things done and people see progress, he will be out soon. Right?

Next federal election is Oct 20, 2025.

Can he run again? Or is there a term limit?
reply
No term limits in Canada. He can and will run again.

Anyone good that can oppose him?

Let me introduce you to the next Prime Minister of Canada. Something shocking would have to arise, for this guy to lose at this point.
