Hungary is indeed a problem for the Eurocrats. A single wolf is not a danger, but if two or three are added, as in the case of Slovakia or possibly almost France, then you have a pack of wolves that could directly attack the nucleus of decentralization.

yes, the strong reaction of the communists to the AFD could give this impression. however, I don't see any great momentum at the moment.

Their appeal seems to vary by region. I guess right wing parties are more popular in eastern Germany
