Looking for a self hosted accounting and invoicing option

I just started using [Invoice Ninja](https://github.com/invoiceninja), working well so far. Only thing is I wish it would support SQLite. It also has BTCPay server [integration](https://docs.btcpayserver.org/InvoiceNinja/).
