I recommend getting a PO Box as well so these people sending you letters don't know where you actually live. With requests like these, there should be a website and I would call/verify if its legit as well.

Thanks for the suggestion, I was looking into it and there's many option depending on which country I look at. Travelling does not help to have this admin work done faster.
