If Bitcoin doesn't fix it's numerous issues that other cryptocurrencies/blockchains have fixed, it'll continue to go down.
Bitcoin will never replace Fiat when it takes an unknown amount of time to confirm.. Add high and volatile fees, why would anyone use it when you can transact fiat for free and instantly? And don't tell me because of the anonymity, because 95% of the world doesn't care if their transactions are anonymous or not. And most of the time Bitcoin transactions are traceable anyways unless you take certain precise steps.
How anyone can possibly think Bitcoin has a chance at overtaking fiat shows just how brainwashed most bitcoin maxi's truly are. No wonder almost all of you are Rethuglicans too.

I do sell them for fiat, most of them anyway. Not ashamed of that. By selling them and getting them out of my lightning wallet it keeps me from giving them back to the casino.
