I'm thinking that with the new limits it will be difficult to attract new users, there should be a way to give them sats.
Is possible to give free posts only to those who sign up through Twitter?

We are watching it and it probably does slow down new users.
You can send people invite links with sats attached. Click on your username and go to 'invites'.
