I disagree that the interface is rudimentary. I like it.

I think it would be nice to see different notification bells for getting sats for and getting a reply. Maybe instead of a bell there could be separately a piggy and a mailbox with counts visible before clicking.

Obviously these giant social media companies have the most robust UIs after investing billions of $ into. So this is no knock against your site, which is quickly becoming my favorite. Like @DemandUtopia said below, the signal to noise ratio is fantastic here.

But being able to natively incorporate images would be a great first step 😀

An app would also be great.

I have no skills to offer in the development department, so that's above my pay grade. But I think you've started something worthwhile I look forward to watching it grow.

What about a "share" button on each post and comment, with an option to either copy the link or to embed its content in the form of a formatted snippet (of wisdom).

might be a compromise on layout simplicity though.
