The fact that CNN is publishing this speaks volumes. The scary part to me is that the US weakness is exposed internationally. I know it hasn't been a secret, but watching our "leader" in real time was terrifying nonetheless.

Its hard to know whats going on behind the scenes:
(a) The handlers have a Plan B and knew this would be fatal blow to Team Biden, thus pushed for it (this also explains the barrage of MSM hit pieces from traditional allies)
or
(b) Extra-ordinary incompetence
