I don't understand the question, as the presenter I use the nym Super Testnet because I like superman and I use bitcoin's test networks a lot. A "Super Testnet Workshop" just means I'm the presenter, it doesn't necessarily mean the workshop is about a testnet. The nostr one is not about a test network but some of my other ones are, e.g. the Bitcoin Script workshop that I did earlier this week has a section on using mutinynet, which is one of bitcoin's test networks.

The nostr workshop is about a protocol for censorship resistant communications that was designed with some inspiration from how bitcoin works. It is sometimes used as the basis for social networks and is also often used by app developers as a drop in replacement for more complex p2p technologies. My workshop will go over how to use it by building a demo program together that sends and receives messages via nostr relays.
