I don't think Ukraine can recover it if with all the economic and military aid they have received they have not managed to do it, I don't think Ukraine will do it if the current plan remains the same, what could happen as a consequence of this? I don't know, but it doesn't look like things are going to get better.

Russia can’t annex all of Ukraine. Ukraine has lost some territory. Can they get it back? Very unlikely
