Solid choice! If they can play as a unit and put their egos aside I think they have a good shot. It's just difficult to play together when you have so many big name personalities on the field at the same time, so for me I don't see them winning it, not until they hire a manager who knows how to manage a team full of superstars.

In the previous European Championship, they reached the final, and they could have won it, I think they arrived at this European Championship in a better moment, but as you say, they have to put their egos aside and play as a team.

As long as Southgate is there, England aren't winning anything.

I don't have much idea about the coach, is he that bad?

He has one of the youngest and most exciting youth squads and yet he plays like a dinosaur era tactics. Even last Euros he should have won, instead lost to Italy (who has failed to reach last two world cups i think) because of his defensive tactics.

Yes, I agree that the squad that England has is simply exceptional and capable of anything, maybe you are right and what is holding them back is their coach.

Cole Palmer was second to Haaland for goals and assists in Premier league this season and he was on the bench for the first game Instead he went with Phil Foden who looked lost. He started that game with 6 defensive players. Doesn't matter how good TAA is going forward he is still a defender, at best a wingman and he was playing in midfield. Small decisions make you win or lose games.
