This used to be something my wife and I did regularly, when we used to have free evenings.
Watching on 2x, though, seems insane.
You can watch a lot more in less time.
More economical with time haha

The highest I'll go 1.1. I still like it to sound like a normal person talking.
I did have to watch all of my advisor's recorded lectures every year, so that I could answer student questions about them, and I watched those at 2x. After hours of listening to him talk at 2x, talking to him in person was a little weird.

1.5x the tempo is a little off, but at 2x it is smoother.
I have tried 1.75, thats a bit choppy, too.

Whenever I have to watch at full speed, at like a theatre....sometimes I feel it drags.
Sometimes the music is better at a faster speed lol
I enjoyed watching dune 2 at 2x.
