Floating power plants!
So, yesterday we had a story how African countries are getting detached from US and the influence of Russia is ever increasing in the region. This is a proof that these poor countries need some real PoW to now let you remain on their fields and shores. Russia and China are exactly providing them for their basic needs. But again, I can sense they are doing it in like of their expansion policy which is inherent objective of both of them. Africa needs to be aware of this fact...

Russia planting seeds across the global south to grow dominance strongly. I'm hoping the U.S. can do this rather than directing money to war efforts.

I wonder what the cost of this was, because South Africa were in negotiation with Russia for one of these and with Turkey for an LNG ship but the terms apparently were too steep and our government chose to rather stick us with a gross lack of supply
