If you have only 30 seconds probably wallet of satoshi and then once they see how awesome and easy it is you can work on getting them into better non custodial wallets later.

It's a double edge sword. If you give them convenience first they might only accept convenience so if you have more time I would tend to argue for maybe phoenix or zeus but with limited time you should just get them something simple and hope you can convince them to learn and convert later.
