I'm with Bellzer, "fuller" is a pretty apt description.  I'm liking this cover.

I'm not exactly sure, could just be the style of Earle vs Clyne. Based on his other music Earle has more of a singer songwriter mixed with Alternative Country vibe, while Clyne often has southwestern alt-rock background. He used to be in a band called The Refreshments out of I think Tempe, AZ.

Something about the cover sounds...fuller? Is that just the recording possibly?
