Current nutritional advice - meat and saturated fat is bad, fruits and veggies are great, whole grains are great, fiber is great. This advice is a load of garbage.

Oh look, someone who doesn't believe millions of doctors, nutritionists and health scientists who have dedicated their lives to studying the effects of foods on the human body and believes a single person instead. You must be a MAGA minion too, right?
