I’m not afraid. I just don’t know how to coinjoin without Whirlpool.
One way is to use Sparrow to do a fake two person coin join to yourself.

I do use Sparrow, and I have been spending time thinking how I could achieve some anonymity. This is an interesting idea. Thank you. I’d like to try using the Monero method as well. I’m not sure the steps yet though. Probably swap without holding the hot potato too long.

Just use Liquid. There is no risk of losing funds due to differing exchange rates. 1 BTC = 1 L-BTC
Download AQUA wallet and check it out. You can seamlessly switch between BTC and L-BTC.
