Think of yourself as a ripple in a vast cosmic ocean, constantly moving and changing.
When you exist, death isn't a thing. It's only when death seems to be there, you're not. But really, you're part of the endless energy exchange of the universe.
Imagine yourself as a drop of water in a mighty river. When you're in the river, there's no end to your journey. But even if the drop seems to vanish when it merges with the river, it's still part of the flow, just in a different way.
So, don't worry about death. You're always connected to the universe's energy, no matter what form you take.
