Yes! I think I was tired when I wrote that reply and it didn't make much sense did it?
In answer to your original question:
Imagine you had a neutral third party observe your behaviours over the last year. Not intentions - behaviours. On the whole, in however you understand the construct - what level of time preference would they say you act in?
I don't know the level of time preference they would say that I acted in. So I would be interested to wait for the results and find out! I would imagine that if you had someone observing you for a year, that they would collect a lot of data about your behaviours and that in itself would be an interesting read!
