I honestly have ignored all this crap and it's very pleasant. Since I rarely practice law any more I don't pay attention to cases in the news. I also have lost all interest in US politics. Sorry I couldn't provide any insight.

I am in the process of taking my CLE courses, since I need to keep my license for reasons having nothing to do with practicing law. I keep hunting around for courses focusing on bitcoin or FOSS. It's surprising how little is out there.
